Álvaro de Figueroa y Torres-Sotomayor, 1. grof od Romanonesa (9. august 1863 – 11. oktobar 1950) bio je španski liberalni političar koji je od 1912. do 1919. godine u tri navrata služio kao premijer Španije.

Karijeru je započeo kao pristaša Liberalne stranke, odnosno Praxedesa Matea Sagaste u kojem je 1902. služio kao ministar javnih poslova. Na mjesto premijera je imenovan nakon ubistva svog prethodnika Joséa Canalejasa, te je sklopio sporazum sa Francuskom o razgraničenju u Maroku. Nakon izbijanja Prvog svjetskog rata se zalagao za ulazak Španije u sukob na strani Antante, a što je izazvalo otpor pacifista, kao i konzervativaca, koji su preferirali Centralne sile. Kada je godine 1915. je postao premijer, u rat je pokušao ući posredno, koristeći njemačko torpediranje španskih brodova kao izgovor. Taj pokušaj nije uspio i Španija je ostala neutralna. Njegov treći mandat su obilježili radnički štrajkovi koje je pokušao suzbiti uvođenjem zakona o osmosatnom radnom danu.

Politička karijera mu je de facto prestala sa uvođenjem diktature Miguela Prima de Rivere, kome je pao u nemilost. Kada je došlo do uvođenja Druge španske republike igrao je važnu ulogu u pregovorima o mirnoj predaji vlasti, ishodivši garancije da će život kraljevske porodice biti pošteđen. Zemlju je nakratko napustio po izbijanju građanskog rata, da bi se 1937. vratio na teritoriju pod kontrolom Francovih nacionalista.
