Южный методистский университет (англ. Southern Methodist University) — частный исследовательский университет в г. Даллас, Техас, США.

История

Основан в 1911 году Методистской епископальной церковью[англ.]. Ныне принадлежит Объединённой методистской церкви.[1][2] Кампусы университета расположены в Далласе, Плейно и Таосе. В университете обучается более 11 000 студентов. В 2018 году в рейтинге лучших вузов США по версии U.S. News & World Report Южный методистский университет занял 61-е место.[3]
