Касэн (яп. 歌仙村) — бывшее село в Японии в ныне не существующем уезде Нома[англ.] (впоследствии Оти[англ.]) префектуры Эхимэ. В 1925 году потеряло автономность и было присоединено к посёлку Кикума. В период Хэйсэй посёлок Кикума был присоединён к городу Имабари вместе с рядом других посёлков и сёл.

География

Нынешняя западная часть города Имабари. Горная деревня на верхах реки Кикума полуострова Таканава. По течению реки равнины несколько расширяются, но большая часть остается горной. Ниспускаясь к равнинам по обоим берегам реки Кикума село Касэн соприкасалось с поселком Кикума, позади в 300—400 м гор соприкасалось с селами Татэива и Рюко.

История

  • 1889 год, 15 декабря — Исполнением муниципальной системы 6 сёл: Наканокава, Каваками, Каваноути, Мацуо, Кода и Икэнохара объединяются, образуя село Касэн в уезде Нома. Городская управа находится в Мацуо большей части деревни.
  • 1893 год — городскую управу, начальную школу, здание полиции и др. смывает тайфуном. Возникают споры по поводу нового расположения начальной школы после реставрации, они переносятся в уездное управление.
  • 1897 год — по санкции уездного управляющего уточняется месторасположение начальной школы.
  • 1897 год, 1 апреля — уезд Нома присоединяется к уезду Оти. С этого момента село Касэн принадлежит уезду Оти.
  • 1899 год — завершено строительство начальной школы.
  • 1909 год — городская управа перемещается в Икэхару большей части деревни.
  • 1922 год — открытие школы дополнительного обучения агрономии.
  • 1925 год, 1 апреля — село Касэн объединяется с посёлком Кикума, на этом его история как автономной единицы заканчивается.

Транспорт

Железной дороги не было. Ближайшая станция, станция Кикума была открыта только после объединения села Касэн с поселком Кикума.
