Йер-Уэст (фр. Hyères-Est) — упразднённый кантон на юго-востоке Франции, в регионе Прованс — Альпы — Лазурный Берег (департамент — Вар, округ — Тулон). Впервые кантон образован в 1997 году[1] в качестве административного центра для части города Йер.
