Günter Harder (Ratzeburg, 14 de março de 1938) é um matemático alemão.

Harder estudou matemática e física em Hamburgo e Göttingen.

Foi palestrante convidado do Congresso Internacional de Matemáticos em Quioto (1990: Eisenstein cohomology of arithmetic groups and its applications to number theory) e em Nice (1970: Semisimple group schemes over curves and automorphic functions).
