Mistrzostwa Afryki w Rugby 7 Kobiet 2022 – dwunaste mistrzostwa Afryki w rugby 7 kobiet, oficjalne międzynarodowe zawody rugby 7 o randze mistrzostw kontynentu organizowane przez Rugby Africa mające na celu wyłonienie najlepszej żeńskiej reprezentacji narodowej w tej dyscyplinie sportu w Afryce, które odbyły się w tunezyjskim mieście Jemmal w dniach 29–30 kwietnia 2022 roku. Turniej służył również jako kwalifikacja do Igrzysk Wspólnoty Narodów 2022 oraz – nie uwzględniając Południowej Afryki jako jego gospodarza – do Pucharu Świata 2022.

W zorganizowanych po dwóch latach przerwy mistrzostwach wzięło udział dziewięć zespołów, które rywalizowały w ramach trzech trzyzespołowych grup systemem kołowym o awans do ćwierćfinałów[1][2][3]. W turnieju zagwarantowany udział miała czołowa piątka poprzedniej edycji, a pozostałe cztery miejsca zostały rozegrane cztery regionalne turnieje eliminacyjne z awansem dla triumfatora każdego z nich[4] – zostały one rozegrane w listopadzie (zwyciężyła Ghana)[5][6] i grudniu 2021 roku (zwyciężył Senegal)[7][8], styczniu (zwyciężyło Zimbabwe)[9][10] i marcu (zwyciężyła Zambia)[11][12].

W turnieju zwyciężyły reprezentantki RPA zyskując tym samym awans na Igrzyska Wspólnoty Narodów 2022. Niespodzianką zawodów była postawa Madagaskaru, który dochodząc do finału awansował po raz pierwszy do turnieju finałowego Pucharu Świata 2022, zaś w samym decydującym pojedynku prowadził z faworytkami po pierwszej połowie 14:5, przegrał zaś przyłożeniem zdobytym już po końcowej syrenie[13][14][15].
