Alessandro Costacurta (ur. 24 kwietnia 1966 w Jerago con Orago) – włoski piłkarz występujący na pozycji obrońcy. W latach 1987–2007 zawodnik klubu Serie A – A.C. Milan. Wśród fanów zespołu zyskał sobie przydomek Billy.

Costacurta rozpoczynał swoją piłkarską karierę w młodzieżowych drużynach Milanu. W sezonie 1986/1987 był wypożyczony do grającego w niższej lidze klubu A.C. Monza. W 1987 wrócił do mediolańskiego klubu. Z zespołem pięć razy wygrywał Puchar Europy (1989, 1990, 1994, 2003, 2007). Siedem razy zdobył mistrzostwo Włoch. Oficjalnie karierę zakończył w 2007 roku. W Serie A rozegrał 458 spotkań i zdobył w nich 3 gole.

W reprezentacji Włoch Costacurta występował w latach 90. Reprezentował kraj na Mistrzostwach Świata 1994 i 1998, jak również na Mistrzostwach Europy 1996. Karierę reprezentacyjną Costacurta zakończył w 1998 roku z 59 występami i 2 zdobytymi golami.

Jego żoną jest Miss Włoch 1991, Martina Colombari.

W październiku 2008 roku został trenerem grającej w Serie B AC Mantova[1] i pracował w nim do 2009 roku.
