USAs førstedame (First Lady of the United States forkortet FLOTUS[3]) er den uformelle tittelen på den høyest rangerte kvinnen i Det hvite hus i USA, som oftest presidentens hustru. Nåværende førstedame er Jill Biden, kone til nåværende president Joe Biden.

Flere ganger har rollen blitt fylt av kvinner som ikke har vært presidentens kone (eksempelvis de gangene hvor den sittende presidenten var enkemann), da oftest presidentens eldste datter. James Buchanan er den eneste presidenten i USAs historie som ikke har vært gift, og i hans regjeringstid ble rollen fylt av hans niese, Harriet Lane. Da William McKinley var president, fungerte en tid visepresident Garret Hobarts kone, Jennie Hobart, i rollen. Chelsea Clinton fungerte i en tid på slutten av faren Bill Clintons presidentskap som førstedame, da Hillary Clinton stilte til valg som senator.

Nålevende (2023) tidligere førstedamer er ektefellene til USAs nålevende tidligere presidenter Hillary Clinton, Laura Bush, Michelle Obama og Melania Trump. Av historisk notable førstedamer kan nevnes Dolley Madison (som reddet portrettet av George Washington fra å bli brent i 1814), Edith Wilson (som man tror fungerte som president uformelt), Eleanor Roosevelt (som nærmest var en halv president selv), og Hillary Clinton, som var utenriksminister i Barack Obamas regjering fra 2009 til 2013, kandidat under nominasjonsprosessen til presidentvalget i 2008 og presidentkandidat i 2016.

Visepresidentens ektefelle kalles ofte andredame eller andreherre.
