Sigurd «Totto» Johannessen (1929–2003) var en norsk platedirektør.[1]

Han var en av drivkreftene i Oslo Jazz Circle i 1950-årene. I 1960 ansatte Egil Monn-Iversen ham som direktør i sitt eget plateselskap Nor-Disc. Han var direktør her og etterhvert i PolyGram i Norge fram til 1987, og var styreformann i PolyGram til 1999.

Han var en av initiativtakerne til opprettelsen av Spellemannprisen og mottok selv juryens hederspris under Spellemannprisen 1984.
