Storbyområdet Genova (italiensk: Città Metropolitana di Genova) er et av de fjorten storbyområdene i Italia. Området ble vedtatt opprettet 8. april 2014, og opprettelsen bli iverksatt 1. januar 2015.[2] Det erstattet da den tidligere provinsen Genova.
