Kristoffer Lepsøe (født 15. mars 1922 i Fana, Bergen, død 26. mars 2006 i Nordås, Bergen) var en norsk roer som deltok i de olympiske leker 1948 i London og 1952 i Helsingfors.

Lepsøe vant en olympisk bronsemedalje i roing under OL 1948 i London. Han var med på den norske åtteren som kom på tredjeplass bak USA og Storbritannia. Roøvelsene ble gjennomført i perioden 5. til 8. august 1948 på Themsen. Mannskapet på den norske båten var roerne; Kristoffer Lepsøe, Thorstein Kråkenes, Hans Hansen, Halfdan Gran Olsen, Harald Kråkenes, Leif Næss, Thor Pedersen, Carl Monssen og Sigurd Monssen som var styrmann.
