Jógvan Ingvard Olsen (født 8. juli 1930 på Toftir) er en tidligere, færøysk fiskebåtreder og politiker (Sb.).

Han var innvalgt på Lagtinget fra Eysturoy fra 1970 til 1998. Han var minister for fiskeri- og energisaker i Jógvan Sundsteins andre regjering fra 1989 til 1991, medlem av Lagtingets delegasjon til Nordisk råd fra 1991 til 1993 og Lagtingets formann fra juli til september 1994 og fra 1995 til 1998. Prinsippet om parlamentarisme ble lovfestet i 1995. Olsen har også vært formann i kommunestyret/borgermester i Nes kommuna.[1]

Han var sauebonde og fisker før han ble skipper i 1958 og fiskebåtreder i 1968.[1]

Han er sønn av Jens Christian Olsen og halvbror av Alfred Olsen, som begge var lagtingsmenn.[1] Han er far til Anfinn Olsen, som etter bankkrisen slo seg opp som en av Færøyenes største fiskebåtredere.[2][3]

Jógvan I. Olsen ble utnevnt til ridder av Dannebrogordenen i 1990.[4]
