Howard N. Potts medalje var en ærespris innafor naturvitenskap og ingeniørfag (science or the mechanic arts) tildelt av Franklin Institute i Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prisen er oppkalla etter Howard N. Potts. Medaljen ble delt ut for første gang i 1911 og siste gang i 1991 da den ble slått sammen med andre ærespriser tildelt av Franklin Institute til Benjamin Franklin Medal.[1] Medaljen er to ganger gitt til norsk-amerikanere i 1938 til Lars Olai Grondahl og i 1950 til Merle Tuve.
