Drumtochty Castle på Commons

Drumtochty Castle er en krenelert herskapelig bygning reist i neo-gotisk stil året 1812, beliggende omtrent tre kilometer nordvest av Auchenblae, Aberdeenshire, Skottland.[2][3] Dette slottet står i sørenden Drumtochty-skogen. Andre slott i Kincardineshire-området er Fasque House, Fetteresso Castle, Dunnottar Castle and Muchalls Castle.

Under 2. verdenskrig ble Drumtochty Castle kjøpt av norske myndigheter i eksil og brukt som kostskole for norske barn som var flyktninger fra den tyske okkupasjonen av Norge, bl.a. barna som ble evakuert fra Svalbard i 1941.[4]
