Amygdaloideae er en underfamilie i rosefamilien.

Artene er for det meste busker og trær, men det er også noen få urter, som skogskjegg. De er hovedsakelig utbredt i de tempererte strøkene på den nordlige halvkule, men finnes også i fjellene i tropene og i de tempererte delene av Sør-Amerika. Mange av artene er viktige pryd- og nytteplanter som eple, pære, kirsebær, plomme, mandel og spirea. Plantene i gruppen inneholder cyanogene glykosider og sorbitol.

Rosefamilien er tradisjonelt blitt delt i fire underfamilier. En av disse var «steinfruktfamilien» Prunoideae (Prunaceae eller Amygdalaceae). Fylogenetiske studier viser at Prunoideae i tradisjonell forstand er en delgruppe av den gamle underfamilien Spiraeoideae. «Kjernefruktfamilien» Pyrinae (Maloideae eller Pomoideae) viste seg å være en annen delgruppe. Alle arter fra de gamle underfamiliene Spiraeoideae, Prunoideae og Pyrinae er nå samlet i underfamilien Amygdaloideae. Den nye, mer omfattende underfamilien blir av og til kalt Spiraeoideae.
