Alessandro Miressi (født 1998) er en italiensk konkurransesvømmer.[2] I 2018, konkurrerte Miressi i øvelsen 4 × 100 meter fristafett for menn i Langebane-EM og vant en sølvmedalje.[3] Han vant så en gullmedalje på 100 meter fri,[4] fulgt opp av en bronsemedalje på 4 × 100 meter blandet medleystafett. Miressi innehar italiensk rekord på 100 m fri, med tiden 47,45 (2021).[5]
