Jan-Erik Aalbu (fødd 25. desember 1963) frå Bærum kommune er sportsdirektør i Vålerenga Fotball. Han har sagt opp stillinga, med verknad frå slutten på 2008-sesongen.[1] Før han kom til Vålerenga arbeidde han som sportssjef i Norges Golfforbund. Han var sportsdirektør i Stabæk Fotball i andre halvdel av 2004-sesongen, sportssjef for kombinert- og hopplandslaget og sportsdirektør på Norges Toppidrettsgymnas.

Som utøvar har han spela for Vålerenga Fotball, og var med på å vinne NM-sølv og seriebronse i 1985. Han gav seg som fotballspelar i 1986. Han har òg vore ein del av Noregs juniorlandslag i skihopping.
