Bones Inc. (Jepun: 株式会社 ボンズcode: ja is deprecated , Hepburn: Kabushiki-gaisha Bonzu) adalah sebuah studio anime Jepun. Syarikat ini telah terlibat dalam penghasilan banyak siri terkenal termasuk Noragami, Wolf's Rain, Scrapped Princess, Eureka Seven, Angelic Layer, Darker than Black, Soul Eater, Ouran High School Host Club dan dua adaptasi dari manga Fullmetal Alchemist bersama dengan Star Driver, Gosick, Mob Psycho 100, Space Dandy, dan My Hero Academia.

Ibupejabat studio ini terletak di Igusa, Suginami, Tokyo.^[1]

Sejarah

Bones didirikan para mantan staf Sunrise iaitu Masahiko Minami, Hiroshi Ōsaka dan Toshihiro Kawamoto pada bulan Oktober 1998. Salah satu projek perdana mereka adalah berkolaborasi dengan Sunrise dalam Cowboy Bebop: Knockin' on Heaven's Door, sebuah filem yang didasarkan dari siri anime Cowboy Bebop.

Sejak kematian Ōsaka akibat kanser pada tahun 2007,^[2] dua orang baru dimasukkan ke dalam dewan pengarah studio ini: Makoto Watanabe dan Takahiro Komori. Komori dikenal sebagai pereka watak dan juruanimasi yang telah lama bekerja untuk Bones sejak penubuhan syarikat ini termasuk dalam projek-projek Angelic Layer, Scrapped Princess, dan Darker than Black.^[3]
