Rudolfuss Antoniuss "Rojs" Makājs (nīderlandiešu: Rudolphus Antonius "Roy" Makaay; dzimis 1975. gada 9. martā) ir Nīderlandes futbola treneris un bijušais futbolists, spēlēja centra uzbrucēja pozīcijā. Makājs izcēlās ar savu vārtu gūšanas prasmi, labām dotībām gaisa divcīņās, kā arī ar spēju bez gatavošanās ar jebkuru kāju sist vārtu virzienā.[2]

2002.–2003. gada sezonā, pārstāvot Akoruņas "Deportivo" komandu, saņēma Eiropas Zelta futbolzābaka apbalvojumu par sezonas laikā gūtajiem 29 vārtiem Spānijas čempionātā.

Nacionālajā izlasē aizvadīja ilgstošu karjeru no 1996. līdz 2005. gadam, gūstot 6 vārtus 43 spēlēs. Nīderlandes izlasi pārstāvēja 2008. gada olimpiskajās spēlēs un divos Eiropas čempionātos (2000, 2004).
