El Cingol (Pizzo Cengalo) l'è ona scima di Alp Retegh. A l'è volt 3.367 meter.

A se presenta tant 'me on massiv bell grand con la forma de ona piramide senza la ponta. In sù la scima a gh'è on bell cupolon de nev. Arent al Cingol el se troeuva on alter mont ben cognossuu, el Badii.
De la scima vegnen giò tre crest: quella de mezzdì la va vers la Val del Porscelicc; quella de ovest e de est vann giò al coll del Cingol (3.057 meter) e al coll di Gemei (3.106).
