ეკონომიკური კონკურენცია

ეკონომიკური კონკურენცია — შეჯიბრი სამეწარმეო საქმიანობის სხვადასხვა სფეროში. ზოგადად, კონკურენცია ინსტინქტურად იწყებს მოქმედებას ნებისმიერი ორი მაკრო თუ მიკრო სუბიექტის ურთიერთობისას, მათ შორის ეკონომიკაში. კონკურენციის საკითხების შესწავლა განსაკუთრებით აქტუალურია ბიოლოგიაში, ეკოლოგიაში, სოციოლოგიაში, სხვა მრავალ მეცნიერულ დისციპლინაში. ეკონომიკური კონკურენცია ეკონომიკური ეფექტიანობის (განვითარების) საფუძველია. იგი აიძულებს სხვადასხვა სუბიექტს ნაკლებად ხარჯტევადი და უკეთესი ხარისხის პროდუქტი (ან მომსახურება) შესთავაზოს ბაზარს. კონკურენტულობის დონის შეფასებისათვის ბაზარზე, მრავალი საინტერესო მეთოდოლოგია არსებობს.

ეკონომიკური გარემოს კონკურენტულობის დონის შესაფასებლად გამოიყენება ჰერფინდალ–ჰირშმანის [1] ბაზრის კონცენტრაციის ინდექსი HHI[2], რომელიც შემოთავაზებულია განისაზღვროს, როგორც ბაზარზე ყველა მოქმედი მიმწოდებლის წილთა კვადრატების ჯამი. ქართველი ეკონომისტი - რევაზ ლორთქიფანიძე, ეკონომიკური კონკურენციის კანონში [3] განმარტავს, რომ, ერთგვაროვანი პროდუქციის (ან მომსახურების) ბაზარზე რაც უფრო მეტია (მიზანშეწონილ ზღვრამდე) მიმწოდებელთა რაოდენობა და მათი საერთო მიწოდება და ნაკლებია უმსხვილესი მიმწოდებლის (შესაძლოა, მონოპოლისტის) მიწოდება და არარეალიზებული პროდუქციის საერთო ოდენობა, მით მეტია ეკონომიკური კონკურენციის ძალის მნიშვნელობა და, შესაბამისად, უფრო თავისუფალია ხსენებული ბაზარი[4].
