ბაალბექ-ჰერმელის მუჰაფაზა (არაბ. محافظة بعلبك - الهرمل) — ლიბანის ერთ-ერთი მუჰაფაზა. მოიცავს ბაალბექის და ჰერმელის რაიონებს,[2] რომლებიც 74 მუნიციპალიტეტადაა დაყოფილი.[3] დედაქალაქი ბაალბექი.[2] მუჰაფაზას უკავია ბექაას ხეობის ჩრდილოეთი ნაწილი — ერთ-ერთი მთავარი სასოფლო სამეურნეო არეალი ლიბანში.[4]

2015 წლისთვის გაეროს ლტოლვილთა უმაღლესი კომისარიატის მონაცემებით მუჰაფაზის მოსახლეობა 416 427 კაცს შეადგენდა, მათ შორის 137 788 სირიელი და 8 117 პალესტინელი ლტოლვილი.[3] მოსახლეობის უმრავლესობა სუნიტია, უმცირესობას შეადგენენ ქრისტიანები და შიიტები.[3]

ბაალბექ-ჰერმელის მუჰაფაზა შეიქმნა 2003 წლის 16 ივლისს, როდესაც ბაალბექისა და ჰერმელის რაიონები გამოეყვნენ ბექაას მუჰაფაზას.[5] ახალი რეგიონის იმპლემენტაცია დაიწყო 2014 წელს და პირველი გამგებელი გახდა ბაშირ ხოდრი.[6] სირიელი მიგრანტების შედინება ამძიმებს ისედაც მყიფე ინფრასტრუქტურას და მომსახურებას.[4] სირიაში მომხდარმა ძალადობებმა ბაალბექ-ჰერმელის მუჰაფაზაშიც შეაღწია.[4] ბექაას ხეობის ჩრდილოეთი და ბაალბექი წარმოადგენს ჰეზბოლას მთავარ დასაყრდენს ლიბანში.[7][8]
