四分音ギターは、アロイス・ハーバの発明である。それにならって、ノルウェーのバンドTNTのギターリストのロニー・ル・テクロen:Ronni Le Tekroは三番目のスタジオ・アルバムIntuitionで四分音間隔のギターを使用した。
