Max Frérot (1956 o 1957) è un terrorista francese appartenente all'organizzazione di Action directe.

Arresto

Fu arrestato a Lione il 27 novembre 1987 per aver compiuto un attacco nel 1986 contro un'unità speciale anti-gang francese a Parigi, in cui un agente di polizia fu assassinato, venendo poi condannato all'ergastolo per vari reati di terrorismo. Il 12 giugno 2007, dopo una lunga battaglia legale, gli furono riconosciuti 12.000 euro di risarcimento per le ripetute umiliazioni subite in prigione.[1] Il 2 giugno 2010 fu rilasciato dal carcere di Nîmes.[2]
