Carriera universitaria

Maryland

Barham si iscrisse a Mayland nel 2022, partendo come titolare in tutte le 12 gare della sua prima stagione. Nel sesto turno mise a segno 5 tackle, 2 sack e forzò un fumble, venendo premiato come debuttante della settimana della Big Ten Conference.[1] Chiuse l'annata con 59 tackle, 4 sack, un passaggio deviato e un fumble forzato.[2] Per le sue prestazioni fu premiato come Freshman All-American da College Football News.[3]

Nel 2023 Barham partì come titolare in 11 partite. Il 18 novembre fece registrare 7 tackle e il suo primo intercetto contro la sua futura squadra, i Michigan Wolverines.[4] Chiuse con 37 tackle, 3 sack, un passaggio deviato e un intercetto.[5] A fine anno decise di cambiare istituto.[2]

Michigan

Barham si trasferì all'Università del Michigan nel dicembre 2023.[5] Nel 2024 partì come titolare in tutte le 13 partite, finendo secondo nella squadra con 66 tackle, oltre a un sack.[6] Nel 2025 partì come titolare in 12 partite, chiudendo con 32 tackle e 4 sack.[7]

Dallas Cowboys

Barham fu scelto dai Dallas Cowboys nel corso del terzo giro (92º assoluto) del Draft NFL 2026.[8]
