Descrizione

Il brano, scritto dallo stesso De Palma con la produzione di JVLI, è stato descritto attraverso la seguente dichiarazione:[2]

«L'adrenalina è da sempre parte della mia vita e del mio mondo. Questo nuovo singolo arriva sulla scia di un percorso intimo e personale. Un percorso che parla di me e che porta un po' di adrenalina anche nel mondo di chi mi ascolta. [...] L'adrenalina appartiene alla famiglia degli ormoni e come tale accelera la frequenza cardiaca e aumento l'apporto energetico, migliora la reattività dell'organismo e prepara alle situazioni di stress, preparando a reagire a situazioni di pericolo. Ma a volte il pericolo non lo senti e tutto questo diventa il tuo vizio. Non hai pura di nulla e vivi sempre con l'acceleratore tirato verso la vita, il gioco, il pericolo e poi ti schianti e ti fai male. Poi ti alzi ma fa tutto male, impari a non perderti a lottare con i tuoi demoni ma non a vincerli totalmente ma cerchi di salvarti.»
