Suku Sontas

Suku Dayak Sontas adalah sub suku Dayak ini berasal dari satu keturunan yaitu Dayak Gulik’g banyak tinggal di Kecamatan Beduai dan Kecamatan Entikong. Di Kecamatan Entikong menempati beberapa kampung seperti Sontas, Semanget, Sekunyit sedangkan di Kecamatan Beduai menempati kampung, Kubing, Kelandang, Tokam, Pemodis dan Sungai Dangin. Bahasa yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi adalah Bahasa Bekadek. Sub suku Dayak Sontas ini ada yang bermukim di Serawak tepatnya di Entubuh. Di Sontas juga terdapat peninggalan hasil ngayau yang berupa panca.[1]
