Rudolf van Eecke


Rudolf van Eecke (23 Oktober 1886 – 24 Desember 1975) adalah seorang entomolog berkebangsaan Belanda.

Ia bersekolah di sebuah gimnasium di Leiden. Pada tahun 1912, ia menikahi Wilhelmina Henriëtte Petré, lalu pada tahun 1927, ia menikah dengan Margaretha Emma Julia Hettyey. Tahun 1916, ia menjadi konservator di Rijksmuseum van Natuurlijke Historie yang sekarang sudah digabungkan dengan Rijksmuseum van Geologie en Mineralogie menjadi Naturalis. Di sana ia fokus meneliti spesies Lepidoptera.
