Pengakuan Iman Mengenai Perjamuan Kristus (1528) ( bahasa Jerman: Vom Abendmahl Christi, Bekenntnis) adalah sebuah risalah teologis yang ditulis oleh Martin Luther yang menegaskan Kehadiran Nyata tubuh dan darah Kristus di dalam Ekaristi, mendefinisikan posisi Luther sebagai kesatuan sakramental. Yang paling menonjol di antara respondennya adalah Huldrych Zwingli dan Johannes Oecolampadius, yang menyangkal Kehadiran Nyata. Luther juga membahas pandangan ekaristi John Wycliffe dalam dokumen ini. Bagian ketiga dari karya ini adalah pengakuan singkat tentang iman Kristen Luther.
