Parisii (atau Quarisii)[1] merupakan bangsa Era Besi Celt yang menetap di tepi sungai Seine (bahasa Latin: Sequana) di Gaul sejak pertengahan abad ketika SM hingga era Romawi. Dengan Suessiones, Parisii ikut memberontak dengan Vercingetorix melawan Julius Caesar tahun 52 SM.

Ibu kotanya (oppidum) terletak di Lutetia Parisiorum, yang kemudian menjadi kota terpenting di provinsi Gallia Lugdunensis Romawi dan kota modern Paris (Nama Paris berasal dari Parisii).

Barry Cunliffe dalam Iron Age Communities in Britain (1974) hal. 45, menyebut Parisii sebagai daerah di region Nanterre-Paris, dan Parisi sebagai bangsa yang pindah ke Britania, berdasarkan penjelasan Ptolomeus.
