Kopi tahlil (Hanacaraka: ꦏꦺꦴꦥꦶꦠꦃꦭꦶꦭ꧀) adalah minuman kopi dari Kota Pekalongan. Mulanya, kopi tahlil merupakan suguhan pada acara tahlilan masyarakat. Kopi tahlil dibuat dengan mencampurkan kopi dengan rempah-rempah, yakni kapulaga, jahe, cengkih, kayu manis, pandan, batang serai dan pala. Sebagian penjaja meracik kopi tahlil dari kopi owa, kopi arabika yang berasal dari Petungkriono, Kabupaten Pekalongan. Kopi ini bisa dinikmati bersama hidangan ketan kinca (gula merah cair), kacang atau gorengan. Kedai-kedai kopi tahlil dapat dengan mudah dijumpai di berbagai sudut kota Pekalongan, khususnya pada malam hari.[1][2][3]

Kopi rempah sejenis ini juga dapat dijumpai di Pulau Alor dan Manggarai.[3][4]

Sejarah

Kopi tahlil pertama kali dijual sekitar tahun 2002 oleh Usman. Ia juga mengaku menambahkan rempah-rempah ke dalam kopi untuk menciptakan rasa kopi yang lebih segar. Pada mulanya, Usman menamainya kopi jahe, namun karena mendapatkan saran dari pelanggan yang "tidak hanya merasakan jahe", maka Usman memutuskan menamainya kopi tahlil, sebagaimana kopi ini biasanya disajikan pada acara tahlilan. Kini, kedai-kedai kopi tahlil dapat dengan mudah dijumpai di banyak tempat di kota Pekalongan.[1]
