Dona Flor and Her Two Husbands (bahasa Portugis: Dona Flor e Seus Dois Maridos) adalah sebuah film komedi tahun 1976 garapan Bruno Barreto. Berdasarkan pada novel tahun 1966 bernama sama karya Jorge Amado, film tersebut berlatar belakang Bahia pada 1940an. Film tersebut menampilkan Sônia Braga, José Wilker dan Mauro Mendonça dalam peran-peran utama. Skenarionya diadaptasi oleh Barreto, Eduardo Coutinho dan Leopoldo Serran.
