Angelo Comastri (lahir 17 September 1943) adalah seorang rohaniwan Italia dari Gereja Katolik Roma. Ia adalah Presiden Fabrik Santo Petrus, Imam Agung Basilika Santo Petrus, dan Vikar Jenderal Negara Kota Vatikan. Ia sebelumnya menjabat sebagai Uskup Massa Marittima-Piombino (1990–1994) dan Prelatur Teritorial Loreto (1996–2005). Ia diangkat menjadi kardinal pada 2007.

Biografi

Comastri lahir di Sorano dari pasangan Fernando dan Beneria (née Scossa) Comastri.[1] Ia meraih pendidikan awalnya di sekolah-sekolah di kota kelahirannya dan masuk seminari Pitigliano dan Seminari Regional S. Maria della Quercia di Viterbo.[1] Ia melanjutkan studinya di Universitas Kepausan Lateran di mana ia meraih Lisensi Teologi Keramat dan di Seminari Kepausan Roma.[1] Pada 11 Maret 1967, ia ditahbiskan menjadi imam oleh Uskup Luigi Boccadoro.[2]
