תאגיד סיירה נבדה או SNC (ראשי תיבות באנגלית של: Sierra Nevada Corporation) הוא תאגיד אמריקאי בבעלות בלעדית של זוג המיליארדרים פַתִיח (מנכ"ל) ואֶרֶן (נשיאה) אוֹזְמַן, אמריקאים שהיגרו מטורקיה. התאגיד עוסק במערכות אלקטרוניות ואינטגרציה, עם התמחות בלוויינים זעירים, טלרפואה, מערכות שו"ב, הגנת סייבר ועוד. התאגיד מקיים חוזים קבועים ומתחדשים עם גורמים ביטחוניים כגון הכוחות המזוינים של ארצות הברית, נאס"א, התעשייה האווירית, וכן חברות חלל פרטיות. משרדיה הראשיים בספארקס, נבדה.[1]

ל-SNC חברות בת וחברות מסונפות, עם כ-3,000 עובדים ב-34 מקומות, ב-19 ממדינות ארצות הברית, וכן באנגליה, גרמניה וטורקיה.

היסטוריה

החברה נוסדה בשנת 1963 על ידי ג'ון צ'יסהולם. בתחילה כעסק קטן עם מספר עובדים, שפעלו בהאנגר מטוסים בנמל התעופה רינו סטיד (אנ'), נבדה. בשנת 1994 נרכשה החברה על ידי הזוג אוזמן. פתיח אוזמן היה אחד העובדים הוותיקים (13 שנה) אז בחברה.[2] על אף ההצלחה שלה זכו, תאגיד סיירה נבדה מאז בבעלות פרטית בלעדית של הזוג אוזמן והונם האישי הוערך בשל כך (יולי 2018) בכ-1.3 מיליארד דולר (לכל אחד).
