יחסי כורדיסטן העיראקית–רומניה הם היחסים הבילטרליים שבין כורדיסטן העיראקית ורומניה. הקשרים בין רומניה לכורדים החלו באמצע המאה ה-20 כאשר מנהיג רומניה ניקולאה צ'אושסקו קיים פגישות עם מורדים כורדים שנלחמו במשטרו של סדאם חוסיין[1].

בעוד שלכורדיסטן אינה מיוצגות ברומניה, לרומניה יש משרד קונסולרי בארביל[2], שנפתח במהלך ביקור שר החוץ הרומני טיטוס קורלציאן בארביל ב-2012. קורלאן הצהיר כי: "רומניה מעוניינת לחזק את היחסים עם עיראק, ולקונסוליה הזו יהיה תפקיד משמעותי בחיזוק היחסים בין רומניה ועיראק וכורדיסטן העיראקית"[3]. האיחוד הפטריוטי של כורדיסטן הצהיר כי הנציגות הרומנית תחזק את הקשרים הכלכליים, המדעיים והתרבותיים בין שתי המפלגות[4]. באוקטובר 2013 ביקר שר החוץ הכורדי פלאח מוסטפא בכיר בבוקרשט עם משלחת עיראקית[5].

בשנת 2012 התקיים בארביל הפורום הכלכלי הכורדי-רומני הראשון, שאירח משלחת סחר רומנית שהורכבה מחברות רומניות רבות. שגריר רומניה בעיראק, ג'ייקוב פראדה, הצהיר כי: "היחסים הטובים בין רומניה ועיראק, לבין רומניה ואזור כורדיסטן, היו שם כבר זמן רב. מה שממשלת רומניה הצליחה לעשות היום בסיוע הממשלה האזורית של כורדיסטן הוא לאפשר לאנשי עסקים רומנים וכורדים ליהנות משיתוף פעולה מוגבר"[6].

בשנת 2015, שר החוץ הרומני בוגדן אאורסקו נפגש עם מוסטפא בכיר בגלובסק בברטיסלאבה, שם דנו בחיזוק הקשרים ואורסקו הצהיר שרומניה מוכנה לסייע בשיקום כורדיסטן העיראקית לאחר הניצחון על המדינה האסלאמית. בנוסף, הם דנו בחיזוק הקשרים בתחומי האנרגיה, הנפט והגז, התשתיות, החקלאות, התחבורה, טכנולוגיית המידע והחינוך[7]. ב-גלובסק 2016, מחליפו של אורסקו, לאזר קומנסקו נפגש גם הוא עם בכיר[8].

כתמיכה במלחמת כורדיסטן העיראקית במדינה האסלאמית, טיפלה רומניה ב-10 חיילי הפשמרגה הכורדית שנפצעו בלחימה[9] ו-400 כורדים יזידים קיבלו עזרה פסיכותרפית ורפואית ברומניה[10][11]. באוגוסט 2016 שלחה רומניה 82 טונות של סיוע צבאי לכורדיסטן העיראקית[12].
