יחסי בלגיה-כורדיסטן העיראקית הם יחסים הדו-צדדיים בין בלגיה לכורדיסטן העיראקית.[1]

לבלגיה אין נציגות בכורדיסטן העיראקית ולכורדיסטן העיראקית אין נציגות בבלגיה, אך הנציגות של כורדיסטן באיחוד האירופי ממוקמת בבריסל. [2] לבלגיה יש נוכחות צבאית באזור כורדיסטן עם כ-30 חיילים המאמנים את כוח פשמרגה הכורדי. [3]

היסטוריה

במאי 2009 שיקר בארביל שר החוץ הבלגי, קארל דה-גוכט, על מנת לדון בקשרים הכלכליים עם נשיא כורדיסטן מסעוד ברזאני. [4]

בשנת 2014, הממשלה האזורית של פלנדריה כבר סייעה לכורדיסטן העיראקית בכ-400,000 אירו עבור תברואה ומים באמצעות הצלב האדום. [5] באותה שנה אמר הפוליטיקאי הבלגי ז'ורז' דאלמגן כי: "כורדיסטן העיראקית עשתה עבודה מרשימה בהגנה על עקורים ופליטים ובהגנה על האזרחים וקבוצות המיעוטים האתניים והדתיים מפני המעשים הברבריים של טרוריסטים של המדינה האסלאמית". [6] בלגיה גם החליטה להקצות סיוע בן 13.5 מיליון אירו לכורדיסטן כדי להתמודד עם המספר ההולך וגדל של עקורים פנימיים.

בשנת 2016, ממשלת בלגיה העבירה 41 מטענים של סיוע רפואי לחיילים כורדים[7], והממשלה האזורית של פלנדריה החליטה להעניק עזרה רפואית לפצועי הפשמרגה. [8] [9] בשנת 2017, בלגיה וכורדיסטן חתמו על הסכם על גירוש פליטים כורדים מורשעים מבלגיה. [10]

בשנת 2017, נשיא כורדיסטן מסעוד ברזאני ביקר בבלגיה ונפגש עם השר-נשיא חירט בורז'ואה מהאזור הפדרלי של פלנדריה, שם הצהיר האחרון כי יש לכבד את משאל העם על עצמאות כורדיסטן העיראקית בספטמבר 2017[11] וסגן ראש הממשלה של הממשל הפדרלי בבלגיה יאן ג'מבון הצהיר שלכל האומות יש את הזכות להגדרה עצמית. [12]
