La Fédération algérienne de basket-ball (FABB) est une association regroupant les clubs de basket-ball d'Algérie et organisant les compétitions nationales et les matchs internationaux de la sélection d'Algérie. Elle a été créée le .

La Fédération algérienne est affiliée à la FIBA depuis 1963[2].

Depuis 2019, Rabah Bouarifi en est le président[3].

La FABB regroupe quatre ligues régionales :

  • ligue régionale de l'ouest à Oran ;
  • ligue régionale de l'est à Constantine ;
  • ligue régionale du sud à Ouargla.

NB : La FABB est regroupée au sein de la FASC en (recrée en ). On compte quatre ligues régionales affiliées à la Fédération nationale de basket-ball (FABB).
