Tuulikki Katriina Hämäläinen (o.s. Ojala, 25. marraskuuta 1940 Helsinki – 23. lokakuuta 2023[1]) oli suomalainen toimittaja ja SDP:n kansanedustaja ja ministeri.

Hämäläisen vanhemmat olivat laitosmies Jaakko Kustaa Ojala ja kutoja Alma Anna-Liisa Hellberg. Hämäläinen pääsi ylioppilaaksi 1959 ja suoritti ekonomin tutkinnon 1964. Hän oli Valtion tietokonekeskuksessa sihteerinä 1963–1964, Radion uutistoimituksessa politiikan ja työmarkkina-asioiden erikoistoimittajana 1965–1983 sekä sosiaali- ja terveysministerin poliittisena sihteerinä 1979–1980.

Hämäläinen oli SDP:n kansanedustajana Uudenmaan läänin vaalipiiristä 1983–1999. Hän oli eduskunnan maa- ja metsätalousvaliokunnan varapuheenjohtajana 1983–1986, talousvaliokunnan puheenjohtajana 1995–1998 ja valtiovarainvaliokunnan varapuheenjohtajana 1995. Hämäläinen toimi II sosiaaliministerinä Holkerin hallituksessa 1990–1991 alanaan sosiaali-, alkoholi- ja tasa-arvoasiat.

Hämäläinen oli presidentin valitsijamiehenä vuosien 1982 ja 1988 presidentinvaaleissa. Hän oli mukana kunnallispolitiikassa Hyvinkään kaupunginvaltuuston jäsenenä vuodesta 1977, valtuuston puheenjohtajana 1984–1987 sekä kaupunginhallituksen puheenjohtajana 1981–1984.
