Tomáš Galásek (s. 15. tammikuuta 1973 Frýdek-Místek, Tšekkoslovakia) on tšekkiläinen jalkapalloilija.[1]

Galásek aloitti ammattilaisuransa kasvattajaseurassaan Baník Ostravassa vuonna 1991. Vuonna 1997 hän siirtyi tilburgilaiseen Willem II:een ja vuonna 2000 amsterdamilaiseen Ajaxiin. Kesällä 2006 Galásek siirtyi Saksan Bundesliigassa pelaavaan 1. FC Nürnbergin joukkueeseen. Vuonna 2008 hän palasi Baník Ostravaan, muttei lopettanut uraansa kotimaassaan, vaan siirtyi vielä vuonna 2009 takaisin Saksaan, Mönchengladbachiin, jossa hän päätti uransa kauden 2008–09 päätyttyä.

Maansa maajoukkueessa Galásek pelasi 69 ottelua ja teki yhden maalin.[2] Hän oli mukana EM-kisoissa 2004 ja Saksan MM-turnauksessa 2006, jossa hän pelasi maajoukkueen kapteenina kaksi ottelua.
