Mukulaköynnöskrassi eli anu[2] (Tropaeolum tuberosum) on köynnöskrassien sukuun kuuluva eteläamerikkalainen viljelys­kasvi, joka tuottaa syötäviä maan­alaisia mukuloita. Sitä viljellään lähes yksinomaan Andien vuoristossa, erityisesti Argentiinassa, Perussa, Boliviassa, Ecuadorissa ja Kolumbiassa.[3]. Se kestää hyvin kylmää ja kasvitauteja, mutta sen kaupallinen merkitys on vähäinen.[3] Etelä-Amerikassa siitä käytetään muun muassa nimiä añu ja mashua.[3]

Mukulaköynnöskrassi on köynnöskasvi, jolla on punaiset kukat. Sen mukuloiden silmut ovat syvissä poikittaispoimuissa. Mukulat ovat värikkäitä, muodoltaan usein kartiomaisia tai porkkanan muotoisia.[3] Niissä on runsaasti tärkkelystä ja C-vitamiinia.[2] Niitä syödään joskus raakoinakin, mutta silloin ne ovat väkevän, pippurisen makuisia.[3] Keitettyinä ne sen sijaan tulevat miedonmakuisiksi, makeahkoiksi ja muistuttavat maultaan krassia ja jonkin verran myös naurista.[2]
