Marko Kemppainen (s. 13. heinäkuuta 1976 Kajaani) on suomalainen skeet-ampuja ja olympiamitalisti. Hän voitti hopeaa skeet-ammunnassa Ateenan kesäolympialaisissa 2004 tuloksella 149/150.[1]

Vuonna 2001 Kemppainen voitti pronssia Kairon MM-kilpailuissa ja vuonna 2006 EM-pronssia Slovenian Mariborissa. Mariborin MM-kilpailuissa 2009 Kemppainen saavutti joukkuehopeaa Heikki Meriluodon ja Lauri Leskisen kanssa.[1] Bakun Euroopan kisoissa 2015 Kemppainen saavutti pronssia skeetissä.[2] Mitali jäi kisoissa Suomen ainoaksi.

Kemppainen harjoitteli pitkään isänsä valmennuksessa, mutta edesmennyt Erkki Kemppainen ei ehtinyt nähdä poikansa olympiamenestystä. Läpimurtonsa Kemppainen teki vuonna 1995 sijoittuessaan Hollolassa käydyssä maailmancupin kilpailussa kolmanneksi.

Kemppainen asuu Suomussalmella ja edustaa seuratasolla Suomussalmen Urheiluampujia.
