Kasama (jap. 笠間市, Kasama-shi) on Japanin kaupunki Honshūn saarella Kantōn alueella Ibarakin prefektuurissa. Se sijaitsee sisämaassa prefektuurin keskiosassa Yamizovuorten eteläreunalla. Kaupungin läpi virtaa Hinumajoki.[1][4][5] Kasamassa on 73 723 asukasta (syyskuussa 2020)[2] ja sen pinta-ala on 240,40 neliökilometriä.[1]

Kasama kehittyi historiallisesti Kasama Inari-jinjan šintolaisen pyhäkön portineduskaupunkina. Kaupunkioikeudet Kasamalle myönnettiin vuonna 1958. Kaupunki laajeni huomattavasti vuonna 2006, kun siihen liitettiin Iwaman ja Tomoben maaseutukaupungit. Merkittävä perinteinen elinkeino on Kasama-keramiikan valmistus.[4][5]

Kasamaa palvelevat JR Higashi-Nihonin Jōban-linja ja Mito-linja.[4][5]
