Hjalmar Fredrik Eugen Procopé (28. huhtikuuta 1868 Helsinki – 24. syyskuuta 1927 Porvoo) oli suomenruotsalainen runoilija.[1]

Procopén vanhemmat olivat kenraaliluutnantti Berndt Feodor Georg Procopé ja Agata Lovisa von Knorring (1844–1871), joka oli Eugen von Knorringin ja Helena Catharina Schwenzonin (1822-1901) tytär.

Hjalmar Fredrik pääsi ylioppilaaksi vuonna 1889 ja valmistui filosofian kandidaatiksi sekä maisteriksi vuonna 1897. Procopé toimi Björneborgs Tidningin päätoimittajana 1898, Aftonpostenin aputoimittajana 1898–1899, sekä toimittajana Wasa Nyheter -lehdessä 1899–1900 ja Tammerfors Nyheter -lehdessä 1900–1904. Hän oli Ruotsalaisen teatterin sihteerinä ja kirjallisena neuvonantajana 1909–1915.[2] Hän oli Porvoon Runoilijakodin ensimmäinen asukas vuosina 1923–1927.
