Hermesianaks Kolofonlainen (m.kreik. Ἐρμησιάναξ ὁ Κολοφώνιος, Hermēsianaks ho Kolofōnios, lat. Hermesianax Colophonius; 300-luku eaa.) oli antiikin kreikkalainen elegiarunoilija, joka oli kotoisin Kolofonista. Hän eli Filippos II:n ja Aleksanteri Suuren aikana ja vaikuttaa kuolleen ennen kuin Lysimakhos tuhosi Kolofonin vuonna 302 eaa.[1][2]

Hermesianaks oli runoilija Filetaan oppilas ja ystävä. Hänen pääteoksensa oli kolme kirjaa käsittänyt elegiarunoelma Leontion (Λεόντιον), jonka hän omisti rakastajattarelleen Leontionille. Athenaios lainaa pitkälti sen kolmatta kirjaa.[1][3] Runoelmaa lainaavat myös Pausanias,[4] Parthenios[5] ja Antoninus Liberalis.[6]

Eräästä toisesta Pausaniaalla olevasta lainauksesta tiedetään, että Hermesianaks kirjoitti myös elegian kentauri Eurytionista.[1][7] Ei ole varmuutta siitä, oliko Nikandroksen skoliastin mainitsema Hermesianaks, joka kirjoitti runon nimeltä Persika (Περσικά), sama vai joku toinen, nuorempi Hermesianaks.[1][8]

Runoilija Hermesianaksia ei tule sekoittaa samannimiseen urheilija Hermesianaks Kolofonlaiseen.[9]
