Suomen elokuvatilastoja 1983

Suomalaiset kävivät elokuvateattereissa vuonna 1983 kaikkiaan noin yhdeksän miljoonaa kertaa, mikä oli 0,4 prosenttia enemmän kuin vuonna 1982. Vuoden lopussa Suomessa oli 368 elokuvateatteria, jotka järjestivät vuoden 1983 aikana yhteensä 167 089 näytöstä. Teattereissa kiersi 1 622 elokuvaa. Ensi-iltaelokuvia tuotiin teattereihin 224, ja niistä oli suomalaisia 14.[1]

Suomen katsotuimmat 1983

Vuoden katsotuimmaksi elokuvaksi nousi jo edellisvuonna ensi-iltansa saanut E.T. 517 191 katsojalla.[1] Vuonna 1983 ensi-iltaan tulleista elokuvista eniten teatterikatsojia vuoden aikana saivat:[2]

  2. Uuno Turhapuron muisti palailee pätkittäin (1983), 381 181 katsojaa
