Alexandre Sarnes Negrão

Alexandre Sarnes Negrão (s. 14. lokakuuta 1985 Campinas, Brasilia) on brasilialainen autourheilija. Hän ajoi GP2-sarjassa kaudet 2005–2007 Piquet Sports -tallissa saavuttaen yhden palkintosijan. Ennen GP2-uraansa Negrão ajoi Etelä-Amerikan F3-sarjassa, jossa hän sijoittui vuonna 2003 loppupisteissä kolmanneksi ja mestariksi vuonna 2004.
