Eva Siomara Sosa (Guatemala, 1975ko otsailaren 9a) abokatua, zigorgabetasunaren aurkako fiskaltza bereziaren (FECI) fiskal ohia, egun atxiloturik dagoena.

Biografia

Guatemalako San Carlos Unibertsitatean ikasi zuen zuzendaritza eta bertan lortu zituen abokatu eta notario tituluak, ondoren zuzenbide tributarioan espezializatu zen. Mariano Galvez Unibertsitatean irakasle izan da eta FECIn 2016an hasi bazen ere, fikal kargua 2018an lortu zuen.

2022ko otsailaren 15ean, Siomara Sosa epaitegira bere egoeraren berri galdetzera joan zenean, atxilotua izan zen. Kanadako Enbaxadaren diplomatikoek babesa agertu zioten FECIko fiskal ohiari eta horrek gatazka politkoa sortu zuen.[1] Egun batzuk arinago, bere abokatua, Leily Santizo ere atxilotua izan zen.[2][3] Atxiloketa etxean igaro zuten biek maiatzean kasuaren erreserba altxatu zen arte,[4] non akusazioaren nondik norakoa ezagutzeko aukera izan zuten. Amerikarteko Giza Eskubideen Auzitegiak atxiloketen gaineko ardura adierazi zuen.[5] Amerikako Estatu Batuetako Gobernuak ere atxiloketen gaineko ardura azaldu zuen, jazarpen politikoa zela adierazita.[6]

Sosak bere aldetik, barne mailako fiskaltzaren kontrako salaketa jarri zuen, izan ere bere esanetan, fiskalak, Odebrecht kasuaren harira, Juan Francisco Sandovalen kontra deklaratzea bilatzen zuen, Ministerio Publikoak salaketa artxibatu zuen.[7] Odebrecht kasuan 50 pertsona baino gehiago akusatu ziren, haien artean Ricardo Martinelli Panamako lehendakari ohia.[8]
