Suurbritannia ja Šveitsi kaubandusleping

Suurbritannia ja Šveitsi kaubandusleping on kaubandusleping Suurbritannia ja Põhja-Iiri Ühendkuningriigi ja Šveitsi Konföderatsiooni vahel. Kaubandusleping koostati 20. veebruaril 2019 ja eeldatavasti jõustub pärast üleminekuperioodi lõppu. Suurbritannia ja Šveitsi vaheline kaubanduskokkulepe on aluseks Suurbritannia ja Šveitsi majandus- ja kaubandussuhetele pärast Ühendkuningriigi lahkumist Euroopa Liidust.^[1]

Suurbritannia ja Šveitsi leping hõlmab:^[1]

kaubavahetust - sealhulgas sätted päritolureeglite, soodustariifide ja -kvootide ning mittetariifsete meetmete kohta
geograafilised tähiseid - neid tähiseid kasutatakse toote identifitseerimiseks, mille kvaliteet, maine või muud omadused on seotud päritolustaatusega
riigihankeid

Leping ei sisalda mõnda vabakaubanduslepingutes tavaliselt leiduvat sätet. Näiteks teenuste ja intellektuaalomandi õiguste osas.
