Make sure you add references that meet all four of these criteria before resubmitting. Learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue. If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
 The comment the reviewer left was:
There's issues with citation formats and titling, but that aside, the more fundamental issue is that none of the added sources are about the organisation itself, rather than various peripherals such as the awardees (which nobody doubts is notable). Moreover, see WP:BOSS. 你需要使用至少三个以此会仪为题的报章报道为资料来源,而不是关于某科学家得奖的例行报道,或关于得奖者的其他资料。

Feedback
The reviewer, Lovelyfurball, left the following feedback:
This draft's references do not show that the subject meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion for organizations and companies. The draft requires multiple published secondary sources that:
  • provide significant coverage: discuss the subject in detail, excluding routine coverage like product launches, staff appointments, or financial reports and listings in databases or listicles;
  • are reliable: from reputable outlets with editorial oversight;
  • are independent: not connected to the subject, such as press releases, the subject's own website, or sponsored content.
Please add references that meet all three of these criteria. If none exist, the subject is not yet suitable for Wikipedia.
The only independent sources here which cover the subject in any depth are unreliable or marginally reliable (WP:CHINADAILY, WP:PRNEWSWIRE, WP:THESUN). Remember: adding more primary sources won't help the article get accepted. Secondary sources from reliable publications are the only type of source that will help show notability.
