Parham Mohtaram Omidi, born in September 1975 and also known as Parham Omidi, is a German-Iranian management consultant and specialist in business administration and transformation. The title "Mohtaram," meaning "Respected," was passed down from his great-grandfather, though it is not commonly used in his professional name.
Parham Omidi is recognized for his expertise in international business development, creative branding strategies, and organizational transformation. He is also a hobby writer and strategic researcher with a passion for exploring innovative approaches to transformation and business growth.
His father, known as Essi Omidi (1951-2022), was a decorated fighter pilot who trained at the United States Air Force (USAF) base in Lakeland, Texas. Essi's distinguished career and disciplined upbringing greatly influenced Parham's drive for excellence.

He has worked with over 100 companies in advisory roles and spent six years as a shareholder and Vice President of a multinational company, managing a team of 1,700 employees, including 1,050 in sales and 650 in CRM, marketing, PR, branding, and production.[1]
Parham has contributed to the fields of artificial intelligence and software design, focusing on the development of a confidential and innovative banking platform. His expertise led to the design of efficient banking software for a company in Dubai, UAE.
